A surprise September tornado left my roof in rough shape. Dave Rosati and his crew did an incredible job for me. He was professional and reliable. He handled all the work from start to finish including working with my insurance company.

This team is amazing ! I am a repeat customer going on 6 years with a variety of projects done by the NEBR team at multiple properties. Being true to your word seems like a rarity these days but NEBR always showed up on time and got the jobs done and over exceeded expectations. Im impressed of how versatile this company is without compromising on quality. I recently had my old driveway removed and a larger one installed. Guys had the old one removed and the new one installed before lunch. No doubt in my mind that NEBR is my first and only phone call when I need anything done and I don’t even bother with getting other pricing .

We had multiple projects done by them our driveway, new siding, a new roof, and an addition - each one from start to finish, the entire process was flawless. The crews arrived on time every day, were professional, and took great pride in their work. When they were finished they cleaned up and left our home just as it was before they arrived. After several quotes, We hired NE building and restoration to replace our roof on our house and garage. Dave and his team arrived on time and did a thorough job from start to finish. Everything was cleaned up after the process. Now the roof pops at us and we would recommend them anytime.

Had the opportunity to work side by side with one of New England’s top contractors for the past week. If you’re a homeowner, property manager or just someone needing exterior or interior needs don’t hesitate to give them a chance. You will NOT be disappointed. I recently got 3 estimates for replacing my siding and gutters. From the initial phone call with Kathleen to when David arrived to give the free estimate I encountered nothing but professionalism. I decided to go with New England building and restoration even though they were not the cheapest quote I got and I'm very happy with the end result if you are looking to hire a contractor for a home improvement project, I highly recommend giving New England building and restoration and opportunity to earn your business.

My wife and I recently hired N.E. Building and Restoration to Install new vinyl siding on our hundred twenty five year old colonial with an addition They rebuilt our soffits Added wonderful composite trims That bring a modern look to this old house that will last for years
